Building Codes are adopted at the county and municipal level; however the 2018 IPC, IMC, IFGC, and IECC have been adopted at the state level. Most communities have adopted the 2015 I Codes.

Mass Timber Adoption
The mass timber provisions went into effect in 2023 for Sussex, DE.
