Codes & Standards

The 2015 National Design Specification (NDS) for Wood Construction was developed by AWC’s Wood Design Standards Committee and approved as a standard by ANSI (American National Standards Institute) on September 30, 2014. The 2015 NDS is referenced in the 2015 International Building Code. One significant addition to the 2015 NDS is a new product design chapter for cross-laminated timber (CLT). Purchased copy includes integral commentary.

See updates and errata for the 2015 NDS.
