LEESBURG, VA. – Arauco North America, headquartered in Atlanta, has joined the American Wood Council (AWC).
Arauco is a global producer of wood products supplying pulp, lumber, plywood, composite panels, and molding for architecture, design, construction, packaging and remodeling applications. In North America, Arauco produces composite panels and Thermally fused laminates (TFL) in its facilities located in Arkansas, Oregon, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ontario and New Brunswick in Canada. The company is also in the process of opening a particleboard facility in Grayling, Michigan. Once completed, the Michigan plant will feature North America's largest single continuous particleboard press.
