Within 2 weeks of participating in the webinar (for more than 90% of the time), you will receive an email with a link to the ICC/AIA certificate in your account. Click on the printer icon next to the entry to print your certificate.
If the link in the email does not load the Professional Development page, log into your AWC account and click on the Professional Development icon under Content and Features (mid page, left side) to view your education history and print your certificate.
Note: Be sure to check your Spam filter if you do not receive a notification.
The certificate appears as a pop up on your screen. If you have a pop-up blocker installed, you must disable it to complete these steps.
If the course was advertised as NCSEA approved, a quiz is required for all NCSEA Professional Development Hours (PDHs). You will be sent the link to the quiz following the webinar if you were in attendance for at least 90% of the time. After passing the quiz with a score of 80% or higher, you automatically will receive your NCSEA certificate/PDHs into your account (just like the ICC certificate). A journal entry has been created on your Professional Development page. If you passed the quiz, the certificate will show the credits earned. If you did not pass the quiz, a certificate showing 0 credits will be displayed. Once the quiz is passed, the credits will be awarded.
If you have provided us with an AIA number and you were in attendance for at least 90% of the time, we will report your credits to AIA within the allotted 10 days. If you were in attendance but did not provide your AIA number upon registration, please email you AIA number to email@example.com specifying which course you attended.
