Applicability (statewide, local, limited): STATEWIDE

Codes are adopted locally in Nevada after regional adoption committees prepare suggested regional amendments. The SFM adopts the IBC and IFC for schools, health care, state buildings, and commercial buildings for counties over 100k. The Nevada Public Works Board adopts the IBC, IRC, IFC, IECC, and IEBC for state owned buildings.
