1997 National Design Specification® (NDS®) for Wood Construction - Commentary
A Commentary on the National Design Specification for Wood Construction was published in 1993. It contains background information concerning the provisions of theNDS complete with historical development, example problems, and tables comparing the 1991 design provisions with earlier editions of the standard. An Addendum to the Commentary was added in 1997 outlining provisions of the 1997 NDS.
